1 credit creates an item’s AI draft. Smooth Wrinkles adds 1 credit per item. Mix standard and smoothed listings to suit your batch.

How much does the AI actually do?
AI suggests photo groups, then drafts titles, descriptions, item specifics and a price estimate. You check the groups and draft, correct anything needed, and approve before sending. The number of steps varies with your photos and listing details; there is no fixed click-count promise.
Will it automatically publish without me?
No. Daily goals propose dates. You review and approve each listing, then choose Publish now or Send scheduled now. A saved date or approval alone never sends a listing to eBay.
Can I schedule without a daily goal?
Yes. Leave the goal off and choose an individual date in the Workstation calendar, even before approval. You can also publish immediately after review and approval.
What should I check before sending?
Review your photos, title, price, category, condition, item specifics and shipping policies. AI can miss details or make mistakes. You know the item best; Sidewalk gives you a useful head start.
Is this made for my eBay store?
The initial release is for apparel sellers on eBay’s US marketplace, in USD. Connect through eBay’s authorization screen. Each listing supports up to 24 photos. Sidewalk is an independent service and is not affiliated with eBay.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Cancel renewal from Account and keep access through the paid period. Higher-tier upgrades are not available yet. When supported, the app must show the price, credits and renewal details before you confirm a change. Included credits expire at the paid period’s end; previously purchased extra credits keep their original expiry.
